You will need
Rolo Candy Bar
Dynamite Digital Wrapper (found in my Etsy Store)
Wire Star Garland or Foil Picks
(Foil Picks in photo are from Hobby Lobby)
Tape
Print and cut your Dynamite tags
Tape your foil pick to the top of the Rolo.
Wrap the tag around the candy bar and tape!
Cute and easy to make.
