Punch a hole in your spinning topper. TOP PIECE 

(you can reach it perfect with a hole punch)

Slice a small slit on the bottom base (parent or teacher only)

You could also have the hole before you hand out. 

Slide Brad through both

You will have the topper spin to all the writing prompts you added to the base.

Add to a 12 x 12 Scrapbooking paper, construction paper or leave as is.  Wonderful keepsake for parents!
